Emeritus Director of the “Cardinal Bernardin Gantin” Chair – Political Socialization in Africa of the Pontifical Lateran University Faculty of Philosophy (2013 – 2017).

Supervisor of Translators and Translations of the Synod of Bishops of the Vatican City (1994

Member of the Center for Interreligious Dialogue of the Focolare Movement.

Co-president of the scientific committee of CRA-SGI: Center for Relations with Africa of the Italian Geographic Society
